Black Marble – A Different Arrangement

  • January 17, 2013

Brooklyn duo Black Marble follow-up 2012’s Weight Against the Door EP with their debut full-length, A Different Arrangement. The set of eleven tracks feature synth pop and rock filled with infectious melodies, warm tones, reverb, and thumping bass. While a DIY project, the arrangements are carefully composed by members Chris Stewart and Ty Kube, bringing a crafted quality to the symphony of synths, which include a Jupiter 6 analog. For a taste of their enjoyable pop, check out promo tracks Static and A Great Design on their bandcamp page. – Written by SMarx
