Crystal Antlers’ mix of psychedelic garage rock and soul morphs into a unique indie rock blend. Tentacles – the band’s first full-length – is noisy and chaotic, recorded and mixed on a 2” tape produced by Ikey Owens (Mars Volta). The 13 tracks were recorded in a single week and lyrically explore the concept of desolation in sonically frenetic arrangements. Tentacles also represents a solidified band line-up with Jonny Bell (vocals, bass), Andrew King (guitar), Kevin Stuart (drums), Victor Rodriguez (organist), Damian Edwards (percussionist) and Errol Davis (original guitarist).
