Bloomington, Indiana psych-folk prog rockers EDM – formerly Early Day Miners – are back on the Western Vinyl label with their new release Night People. Under the lead of songwriter/guitarist Daniel Burton, EDM demonstrates maturity by carefully letting go. While their technique is still solid and tight, Night People is a more expressive collection of songs complete with stunning male/female harmonies, which suits this new iteration of the band quite well.
