Canadian singer-songwriter Kathleen Edwards follows-up her 2008 Polaris Prize nominated album Asking For Flowers with her fourth effort, Voyageur. In this highly collaborative effort with Justin Vernon (Bon Iver), who produced the album, Edwards finds a new level of confidence while plumbing the depths of grief as she explores the end of her marriage. Edwards has always been served well by her straightforward vocals, authentic narratives and accomplished guitar and here she puts herself out there as she travels through places, emotions, and ambiguity.
