NJ turned Brooklynite indie rock band Real Estate follow-up their 2009 self-titled debut with the simply titled, Days. That simplicity is present throughout the ten song collection along with the nostalgia that “days” implies, with retro sounding garage/surf-rock, familiar melodies, chillwave guitar lines, and hazy, smoky reverb. Fans of indie rock in the vein of Beach Fossils and The Shins will enjoy this album.
