The Record Company – Feels So Good

  • March 5, 2014

LA is not the first place that comes to mind when you think of the blues, but the Angelenos-based trio The Record Company busts out righteous and raw rootsy blues rock on their EP, Feels So Good. Their second extended player, and first on Kill/Hurt Records showcases east coast transplants’ Chris Vos (vocals, guitar, harmonica), Alex Stiff (bass, vocals) and Marc Cazorla (drums, vocals) gritty take on modern blues-rock. Tracks include the title single, “Roll Bones”, “Hard Day Coming Down”, “Baby I’m Broken”, and “Darlin Jane.” For those who collect/play vinyl, splurge on the limited edition release for its three bonus tracks – its simply that good. – Written by SMarx
