Small Houses is Michigan singer/songwriter Jeremy Quentin, whose concise yet lovely acoustic Americana album Exactly Where You Wanted To Be follows-up his 2010 debut, Our Dusking Sound. Filled with songs and instrumental interludes, Quentin uses spare arrangements, relying on guitar, piano and his vocals. Quentin sticks to the classic folk tradition of simplicity and universal themes, singing about love, home, place, and leaving.
