Grrr… marks Bishop Allen’s third full-length studio endeavor exhibits a more mature band and a sound unmistakably their own. Bishop Allen has taken a more narrative approach for Grrr… spotlighting the songwriting talents of Justin Rice while integrating Bishop Allen’s unique marriage of instrumentation: guitars, pianos, marimbas, ukuleles and more. Mixing was done by Bryce Goggin, whose past projects include Pavement, Apples in Stereo, and Sebadoh.
