Singer-songwriter/guitarist Thurston Moore is best known for as a founding member of the seminal alt-rock band Sonic Youth, and throughout the thirty years with the band, he has been involved in a variety of side and solo projects. His latest solo effort, Demolished Thoughts, is a thoughtful acoustic album with beautiful strings, haunting guitars, and lush production. Moore is joined by a talented set of collaborators like Mary Lattimore (harp), Samara Lubielski (violin), Bill Nace (guitar), and Beck (multi-instrumental) who also produced the release.
