Athens, Georgia based trio Witches recently released their debut album of raw 90’s style rock and roll, Forever. Centered around New Yorker Cara Beth Satalino’s strong slacker vocals and lead guitar, Witches’ sound is finely balanced by Jared Gandy’s rhythm section (bass) and newcomer Michael Clancy (drums). The ten song collection is introspective and honest, yet hard core in energy and committed to garage rock and country-tinged stylings and hits on universal themes like love, isolation, boredom, and the natural world.
