Hailing from Halifax, Everett has recently released his debut EP, Old Adventure/Love Songs, comprising six tracks that have maturity, confidence and beauty. Opening intro track is a gorgeous string instrumental that then leads into “St. Augustine,” a song that highlights Everett’s husky yet expressive voice and beautiful guitar phrasing. Each song in Old Adventure/Love Songs evokes a strong mood or sense of place; Everett’s music immediately draws you into his world.
