Bear in Heaven’s second LP, Beast Rest Forth Mouth, is a spacey ride comprising 10 tracks that pull from psychedelic, prog, pop, and rock. Originally from Georgia (now living in Brooklyn), Bear in Heaven’s songs tend to be heavy on synths, and combined with Joe Stickney’s strong percussions and Jon Philpot’s vocals, BRFM has a very expansive, vast sound that could fit right at home in a small underground club or in an outdoor arena.
