Benjamin Francis Leftwich – A Million Miles Out

  • January 18, 2011

Young British singer-songwriter, Benjamin Francis Leftwich recently released his debut four song EP, A Million Miles Out, which was produced by Ian Grimble (Mumford and Sons). Written across the English Channel while in France, this self taught guitarist uses his ethereal vocals and delicate fingerpicking style on the four tracks which involve references to water or travel. Leftwich cites The Beatles, Elliot Smith, and Bruce Springsteen as influences on his brand of acoustic indie pop. Check out A Million Miles Out and it’s enjoyable tracks “Atlas Hands”, “More than Letters”, “Maps” and closer “Hole in my Hand” from an fresh new voice on the international indie scene. – Written by JFelton
