Straight from the heartland is Springfield, MO based band Ha Ha Tonka with their third indie-rock/roots album, Death of a Decade. These eleven Ozark-inspired tracks are filled with sharp lyrics and polished storytelling, and plain out well crafted beautiful songs. Employing both acoustic and electric instrumentation, Ha Ha Tonka is an increasingly tight band, with coalescing four-part harmonies and enchanting melodies.
