Now in their fifth year and with two full length albums under their belt, Slithering Beast is out with their new five track EP, Delicious. Led by Louisville, Kentucky native/singer-songwriter Nick Dittmeier, the collective of local musicians has further developed their sound which is influenced by the modern country music of Dwight Yoakam, Merle Haggard, and George Jones. On Delicious, the band explores the early intersection of traditional country and rock and roll, with aspects of boogie, soul and r&b.
