The rich collaboration of Southern California alt country folk band Travel By Sea has further evolved into a side project – Greater Pacific. Travel By Sea band members Kyle Kersten (vocals), John Phinney (pedal steel), and Mike Cusick (drums) are joined by Angela Correa (vocals, Correatown) on their debut 6 track digital EP, Rainfall. With a country folk sound characterized by Kersten’s recognizable vocal tone and timbre, predominance of pedal steel, and experimental instrumentation (including occasional studio sound effects of synth), Rainfall conjures the down home country music of rural America with a twist.
